We are a dynamic creative agency looking for an experienced Print Production & Account Manager to join our team in Harborne. This is a fast-paced, dual-focused role where you will act as the vital bridge between our clients and our trusted print supply chain. You will be responsible for translating client briefs into high-quality physical assets, estimating and purchasing print competitively, and managing trade suppliers to ensure flawless execution and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients on all print projects, managing expectations, providing technical advice, and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Print Buying & Procurement: Estimate, quote, and source print, POS, and packaging materials from trade suppliers, negotiating the best rates without compromising quality.
• Production Management: Oversee jobs from initial brief to final delivery, ensuring artwork is print-ready and production schedules are strictly met.
• Supplier Relations: Maintain and build relationships with a robust roster of print suppliers, continuously evaluating performance and quality control.
• Budget Tracking: Manage project margins, track costs, and ensure all print jobs remain profitable.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven Agency Experience: At least 3+ years working inside a creative agency, print management firm, or a busy client-facing print environment.
• Technical Print Knowledge: A deep understanding of litho, digital, and wide-format printing processes, as well as paper substrates, finishes, and binding techniques.
• Commercial Savvy: Strong negotiation skills with a track record of buying print cost-effectively.
• Client-Facing Confidence: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to confidently present ideas, handle queries, and resolve issues under pressure.
• Software: Good working knowledge of Excel and database management would be beneficial
• Location & Commute: Ability to work from our Harborne office 3 days a week, Monday to Wednesday (easily commutable from across Birmingham and the West Midlands, with great local amenities).
