BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE – COMMERCIAL PRINT Are you a HUNTER, a FARMER… or the perfect combination of both? 📍 Territory: South East, South Coast & Midlands 💰 Salary: OTE £55-£60k 🚗 Car Allowance + Bonus Potential + Benefits Love winning new business? Even better at growing the accounts you've already won? Then we need to talk! Artemis Talent Solutions is working with an established and successful business within the Commercial Print sector that's looking for an ambitious, commercially minded Business Development Executive to play a key role in its next phase of growth. We're not looking for someone who simply maintains relationships. We want a door opener. A relationship builder. A revenue generator. Someone who understands print, speaks the language of the industry and knows how to turn opportunities into profitable, long-term business. WHAT MAKES YOU THE RIGHT PERSON? 🎯 You're a hunter AND a farmer. You love the thrill of winning new clients but equally enjoy developing existing accounts, identifying opportunities and increasing revenue. 🤝 You've got the relationships. You've built a strong network within the print industry, working with everyone from ambitious SMEs to major corporate customers, and you know how to leverage those connections. ⚙️ You understand the technical side. You're comfortable discussing print processes, production capabilities and customer requirements, and can confidently sell solutions rather than simply compete on price. 💡 You've got ideas. You're commercially switched on, proactive and full of suggestions about how to develop new markets, win customers and grow the business. 📈 You're driven by results. You take ownership of your territory, manage your own pipeline and genuinely enjoy turning opportunities into revenue. WHY SHOULD YOU BE INTERESTED? This is an opportunity to join a well-established, financially supported business with ambitious plans for growth. You'll work closely with a Commercial Director who wants someone to bring fresh thinking, energy and commercial experience to the table. Your ideas will be heard. Your relationships will be valued. Your success will make a difference. You'll have the freedom to develop your territory, build your own portfolio and play a meaningful part in shaping the future of the business. And just as importantly? You'll be joining a genuinely friendly, supportive team where people enjoy coming to work. No egos. No unnecessary corporate layers. Just good people, a strong business and plenty of opportunity. READY FOR SOMETHING DIFFERENT? Perhaps you're doing well where you are, but feel you've hit a ceiling. Perhaps you've got great customer relationships and plenty of ideas, but not the freedom or support to make things happen. Or perhaps you're simply ready to join a business where you can have a real impact. If you know the print industry, can open doors and have the drive to grow business, we'd love to hear from you. 📩 Contact Artemis Talent Solutions for a confidential conversation. The relationships are yours. The ambition is yours. Let's find out what you could achieve with the right business behind you
