Processing customer orders accurately and ensuring all relevant specifications and information are correctly entered onto the system. Contacting customers where clarification is required and resolving queries relating to orders, products or services Assisting with general administrative activities, ensuring documentation and records are maintained accurately and are readily available when required.  Customer Service  Advisor  Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications 1–2 years' previous customer service experience, preferably within a commercial, technical or manufacturing environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
