Our client is looking for a Customer & Sales Support Coordinator to play a key role in supporting customers, assisting the sales team and helping to develop existing and new business.

This is a varied role where you will be the first point of contact for customers and the essential link between the sales team and operations. You'll manage enquiries, process orders, support sales activities and identify opportunities to grow customer accounts and delivering excellent customer service.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage customer enquiries, orders and requests
• Build strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Support the sales team with quotations, proposals, samples and trials
• Follow up enquiries and sales opportunities
• Identify opportunities to grow and develop customer accounts
• Process orders and maintain accurate CRM records
• Coordinate with sales, operations, finance and logistics teams
• Handle customer queries and complaints through to resolution
• Support customer onboarding and account development
• Prepare reports and share customer feedback

Who They’re Looking For:

• Experience in customer service, sales support, account coordination or a similar role
• Confident communication and telephone skills
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Commercial awareness and the ability to spot opportunities
• A proactive, customer focused approach
• Strong problem solving and relationship building skills
• Good IT skills, including CRM experience
• Ability to manage priorities and take ownership
