Legal Secretary - Commercial Law - International law firm - up to £50k+ hybrid 3:2

Salary: £40-50,000 (DOE)

Following the ongoing growth of this team, this excellent is looking to add to their internationally acclaimed Financial Services Regulatory department.

Working for a friendly allocation of lawyers in a vibrant environment, it's a place where people genuinely look forward to going to work!

You will need 3+ years experience as a Legal Secretary in a commercial law firm.

Duties include:

• Diary management
• Inbox management
• Preparation of documents and correspondence
• Organising travel arrangements (via the Firm's travel company), ordering currency and expense claims and producing detailed itineraries
• Day-to-day administrative tasks, delegating where necessary
• New client matter opening
• Billing and preparing WIP reports
• Preparation of agendas, presentations and meeting papers
• Support with presentations for client training, seminars and conferences
