An excellent opportunity has become available for a highly regarded law firm based in Kent. The firm are looking for a Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX professional or Conveyancer to join their team working on a high volume caseload.

This role would suit a legal professional looking to manage their own caseload, build strong client relationships and work alongside

The Role

You will manage a varied residential property caseload from instruction through to completion, including:

• Residential sales and purchases
• Freehold and leasehold matters
• Re-mortgages and equity release
• Shared ownership
• Lease extensions

Alongside managing your own caseload, you will be actively contributing to business development, networking, and marketing initiatives to grow the firm’s reputation and client base. Also providing support to colleagues.
