My client is looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its established team in North Hampshire. You’ll work with a diverse client base, including HNW individuals with substantial property portfolios and overseas assets, handling high-quality and often complex matters.

The Role

• Manage a varied Private Client caseload
• Advise on Wills, Probate and Estate Administration
• Handle Estate and Tax Planning, Wills and Trusts
• Advise on Trust Administration and Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Deal with Court of Protection matters
• Build strong client relationships and take ownership of your matters
• Work collaboratively with experienced colleagues to deliver excellent client service

About You

• Solicitor with 4+ years’ PQE in Private Client
• Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of Private Client matters
• Confident managing your own caseload
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Enjoy working collaboratively within a supportive team
• Keen to develop your expertise and progress your career
