Build long-term customer relationships through professional and ethical engagement. Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles, products and services. Generate new business and maximise sales opportunities. Promote accessories, warranties and finance options as the Van Sales Executive. Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and communicate it confidently. Ensure effective use of departmental resources and support wider team performance. Maintain current FCA qualifications and comply with relevant regulations.As our Van Sales Executive, you will report to the Commercial Sales Manager and play an important role in delivering outstanding customer service and driving dealership performance. Requirements: GCSEs in Maths and English, or equivalent qualifications. Proven experience in high-volume vehicle sales. Full UK driving licence held for at least six months, with fewer than nine penalty points. Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook. Proven ability to prospect for and convert profitable business. Strong self-management and a proactive approach to responsibilities. Resilience, motivation and commitment to personal development.
