A highly regarded regional law firm is seeking a Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join its growing Dispute Resolution team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified lawyer, or someone approaching qualification, to develop their career across a broad range of contentious matters. The role offers you exposure to Commercial Litigation, Property Litigation and Contentious Probate, with the opportunity to build your own caseload and develop your expertise within a supportive and ambitious team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with a varied caseload of commercial, property and probate disputes
• Managing your own matters under supervision, primarily within commercial and general litigation
• Supporting senior lawyers on more complex cases
• Negotiating settlements and progressing matters effectively
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Contributing to business development and networking activities
• Supporting the continued growth of a successful dispute resolution practice

About You

• Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 0-2 years' PQE, or approaching qualification
• Experience in litigation, with exposure to Commercial Litigation, Property Litigation or Contentious Probate
• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Confident negotiator with a pragmatic, commercial approach
• Excellent communication and client-care skills
• Team-oriented, ambitious and eager to develop your career
• Interested in networking and building professional relationships
