• Act as the main point of contact between tenants and the project team.

• Work closely with contractors and the project team to address any issues.

Profile

A successful Resident Liaison Officer should have:

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in the property industry.

Job Offer

• Salary between £28,800 and £35,200, dependent on the level of experience.
