Site Manager – East London Location: East London Start Date: 26th October Project: Exhibition Centre – Toilet Upgrade Works We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee toilet upgrade works at an exhibition centre in East London. Requirements SMSTS – essential CSCS – essential First Aid at Work – essential Previous experience managing construction/refurbishment projects Strong understanding of health & safety and site procedures Ability to coordinate subcontractors, labour and deliveries Good communication and organisational skills Responsibilities Managing the day-to-day running of the works Liaising with the client and project team Supervising subcontractors and site operatives Ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and to the required standard Managing site health & safety and documentation Monitoring progress and resolving issues on site If you are an experienced Site Manager with the relevant tickets and are available for the start date, please get in touch
