Business Development Manager – Retail POS, Visual Merchandising & Print

Day-to-day duties of the role:

• Win new business across retail brands, agencies and marketing teams.
• Reactivate and grow dormant client accounts.
• Identify opportunities for POS, print, and visual merchandising solutions.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and pitches.
• Prepare commercially competitive proposals and quotations.
• Collaborate closely with our design, production, and project management teams to deliver outstanding projects.
• Build a strong pipeline and consistently exceed sales targets.
• Attend client meetings, networking events and industry exhibitions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in selling retail POS, visual merchandising, large format print, display solutions, retail graphics, creative production, brand activation, packaging or promotional materials.
• UK Full Clean Driver’s License.
• Proven track record of generating new business.
• Confidence in presenting to senior decision-makers.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Commercial awareness and a consultative sales approach.
• Ability to work independently and thrive as part of a collaborative team.
• A genuine passion for retail marketing and creative solutions.
