Robert Half Finance & Accounting are currently supporting an organisation based in East Bristol who are looking for an Assistant Management Accountant to join them on a fixed term contract basis for 6 months.

This opportunity has hybrid working + parking available.

Role: Assistant Management Accountant

Location: East Bristol

Duration: 6 months

Money: £36,000 - £42,000 (DOE)

Working pattern: hybrid pattern is 2 days per week in the office, 3 from home

Start date: October 2026

Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly management accounts - actuals vs budget, journal postings, variance analysis commentary

Reconcile balance sheet accounts

Reconcile payroll control accounts

Manage grants and fundraising support

Ad-Hoc financial analysis
