We're recruiting on behalf of a thriving logistics business that is looking for a driven and proactive Warehouse Team Leader to help keep their operation running at peak performance. Working within a fast-moving 3PL environment, you'll play a key role in ensuring productivity, service levels and customer expectations are consistently exceeded.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading and inspiring warehouse operatives to achieve daily operational targets.
• Coordinating warehouse activities to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
• Monitoring performance, productivity and KPIs, taking action where required.
• Supporting stock accuracy, operational compliance and process improvements.
• Ensuring all warehouse paperwork and system updates are completed correctly.
• Championing a strong Health & Safety culture across the site.
• Assisting with recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members.
• Supporting employee development, coaching and performance management.
• Monitoring warehouse equipment and reporting maintenance requirements.
• Stepping into the Warehouse Manager's role when needed.

What We're Looking For

• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience within a warehouse setting.
• Essential experience working within a 3PL logistics operation.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes, stock control and distribution.
• Experience managing KPIs, productivity targets and service levels.
• Excellent communication and people management skills.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
• Organised, hands-on and confident working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong commitment to Health & Safety and operational best practice.
