Position: Primary Teaching Assistant

Requirements:

• Experience working with children (schools, early years, or support work).
• Strong communication, adaptability, and classroom management skills.
• An Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).

Key Responsibilities:

• Support pupils with reading, writing, and daily classroom activities in small groups or 1-to-1.
• Assist class teachers with lesson prep, activity setups, and classroom management.
• Help create a positive, safe, and engaging environment where young children thrive.
• Keep track of pupil progress and feed back to class teachers.
