Senior Sales Manager

We're working with an exciting, fast-growing digital advertising business that helps brands deliver more personalised, data-driven audio advertising campaigns across some of the world's biggest audio platforms.

They're looking for a Senior Sales Manager to take ownership of key agency relationships, drive new business and grow revenue across a major agency patch.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong agency contacts and experience selling digital media, audio, programmatic or AdTech solutions to join a growing business with an established product and plenty of opportunity to make an impact.

The role

You'll be responsible for growing revenue across a portfolio of major media agencies, building senior relationships and identifying opportunities to bring more personalised audio advertising solutions into client campaigns.

Working closely with internal creative, campaign management and technical teams, you'll help agencies understand how dynamic audio can improve campaign relevance, creative effectiveness and performance.

What you'll be doing:

• Own and grow revenue across a portfolio of major agency groups and independent agencies.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders across planning, buying, digital, audio, programmatic, strategy and innovation teams.
• Identify new business opportunities, build a strong pipeline and convert relationships into revenue.
• Sell personalised dynamic audio advertising solutions directly and programmatically.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to develop creative, commercially effective campaign proposals.

What we're looking for:

• Proven sales experience within digital media, audio, programmatic, AdTech or a similar media environment.
• Existing relationships within Publicis and/or Dentsu, ideally across digital, programmatic, audio, AV, planning or strategy teams.
• A strong understanding of how media agencies plan, buy and evaluate campaigns.
• A track record of managing an agency patch, developing a pipeline and delivering against revenue targets.
• A consultative sales approach, with the ability to communicate creative or technical solutions in a clear, commercially relevant way.
