The Opportunity

This is a brand-new and important role, giving you the chance to take ownership, drive change and help shape the future of a growing financial planning business.

You’ll work closely with the Senior Management Team and be a key part of the leadership team, with real scope to make a difference.

How can we do this better?

Your Team

You’ll lead and develop a team of:

• 4 Paraplanners
• 2 Support Staff
• Potential oversight of the Client Service Administration Manager
• External Paraplanning providers (as required)
• Working alongside Financial Advisers

You’ll be at the heart of improving collaboration, communication and workflow across the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the Paraplanning team
• Improve Adviser / Paraplanner workflow
• Review processes and remove inefficiencies
• Introduce structure, consistency and accountability
• Drive operational efficiency
• Manage external providers
• Identify and implement technology and AI solutions

This is a hands-on role where your ideas will turn into real improvements.

Technology & AI

You’ll help the business get more from Advisory AI, with the potential to explore Microsoft Copilot and other tools.

Location & Working

Taunton, Somerset

• Modern, new office environment
• Generally 1–2 days per week in the office
• Flexible working the rest of the week

Initially, you’ll spend more time in Taunton to get to know the team, systems and processes.
