Frontline Sales Consultancy is looking for an ambitious Trainee Business Development Manager to join our growing team.

You don't need years of sales experience. We're looking for personality, drive, confidence and a willingness to learn. If you're motivated by targets, earning commission and building a successful career, we want to hear from you.

The Role

You'll learn the full B2B sales process, including:

• Prospecting and identifying new business opportunities
• Speaking with business owners and senior decision-makers
• Cold calling, email and LinkedIn outreach
• Booking and conducting sales meetings
• Understanding client needs and presenting solutions
• Handling objections and following up opportunities
• Building and managing your own sales pipeline
• Working towards individual sales targets

You'll receive ongoing coaching and development to help you progress from Trainee BDM to an accomplished Business Development Manager.
