Permanent, full-time position based in Glasgow City Centre, with hybrid working.

• 33-hour working week.
• Early Friday finish at 1pm.

Salary

£30,000 – £35,000 depending on experience + uncapped bonuses + additional benefits

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident B2B sales professional to join a growing team, creating new business opportunities for global technology brands through targeted outbound campaigns and senior-level prospecting.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound B2B prospecting.
• Engage senior decision-makers by telephone, email and LinkedIn.
• Build strong relationships with prospective customers.
• Book high-quality meetings for senior sales teams.
• Deliver consultative outreach campaigns on behalf of global technology clients.
• Understand client propositions and communicate value clearly.
• Manage prospecting activity across multiple channels.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline information.
• Work closely with campaign managers and clients.
• Contribute ideas around messaging, targeting and campaign improvements.
• Work with detailed prospect and market data to identify opportunities.
• Consistently work towards agreed activity and performance targets.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience within B2B sales, SDR, lead generation or outbound sales.
• Strong telephone and written communication skills.
• Confident speaking with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Strong relationship-building ability.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of activity.
• Resilient, proactive and target-driven.
• Strong organisation and personal accountability.
• Comfortable working within a fast-paced sales environment.
• Experience within technology, SaaS or marketing would be advantageous.
• CRM and appointment-setting experience would also be beneficial.
