The Role

• Deliver end-to-end email marketing campaigns, from briefing and build through to deployment and reporting
• Support the development of the CRM and email marketing plan with performance insights
• Build targeted customer segments to improve engagement, retention, and lifetime value
• Execute A/B testing and optimisation strategies across campaigns
• Analyse campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve results
• Work closely with marketing and commercial stakeholders to align CRM activity with wider business objectives
• Support CRM development projects and ongoing channel enhancements

Your Skills & Experience

• Strong experience delivering email marketing or CRM campaigns
• Experience using ESP platforms, with exposure to automated customer journeys
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with customer data
• Knowledge of email marketing best practice, segmentation, and testing methodologies
• Understanding of campaign reporting and digital analytics tools
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and stakeholder management skills
