The Role

As a Property Administrator, you will:

• Provide administrative support to the Property Management team
• Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors
• Handle maintenance enquiries and coordinate repairs
• Maintain accurate property records and compliance documentation
• Prepare tenancy paperwork and property-related correspondence
• Manage incoming emails, telephone enquiries, and general office administration
• Support property inspections and reporting where required
• Deliver excellent customer service to landlords and tenants
• Work closely with the team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the property management function

Property Administrator Requirements

• Previous administration experience is essential
• Property management, lettings, or estate agency experience is desirable but not essential
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
• Professional and confident telephone manner
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively in a busy environment
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and general IT systems
• Proactive, motivated, and keen to develop a long-term career in property
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own car
