We're supporting a market-leading technology organisation seeking a Sales & Business Development Manager to help drive continued growth across the UK Financial Services sector. This is a high-impact role where you'll be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strategic client relationships, and helping customers leverage innovative technology solutions that transform business processes.

This opportunity would suit an ambitious business development professional who enjoys managing the full sales cycle, from prospect identification through to contract negotiation and account growth.

What You'll Be Doing

• Identifying, engaging and securing new business opportunities
• Managing the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to close
• Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline
• Developing relationships with senior stakeholders across Financial Services organisations
• Presenting software and technology solutions to prospective clients
• Working closely with internal product and leadership teams
• Delivering against revenue and growth targets
• Producing accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting
• Attending industry events, conferences and networking opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Proven B2B sales and business development experience
• Experience selling SaaS, software, technology, digital platforms or managed services
• Strong new business generation capability
• Demonstrable success against revenue and sales targets
• Experience engaging C-Suite and senior decision-makers
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Commercially astute with strong negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, proactive and highly organised

Desirable Experience

• Financial Services sector experience
• FinTech, InsurTech or RegTech experience
• Experience selling enterprise software solutions
• CRM pipeline management experience
