Operations and Insights Partner Up to £450 per day Initially a 9-Month Contract London (Hybrid – 3 days per week)   Overview We're looking for an experienced Operations and Insights Partner to join a major retailer to manage project plans and work closely with range planning teams. Role & Responsibilities Manage project plans and critical paths to keep range change activity on track Coordinate stakeholders and meetings across multiple business teams Prepare governance packs, reports and presentations for senior stakeholders Track actions, risks and approvals to ensure decisions are followed through Analyse data and produce insights to support planning and decision-making Improve processes through automation and AI tools to reduce manual administration  Skills & Experience Experience working in an operations and insights position for a retail organisation Project coordination experience managing plans, timelines and multiple workstreams Strong stakeholder management with the ability to work across different teams Reporting and data analysis skills using Excel and business reporting tools Governance and administration experience preparing meetings, actions and reports Process improvement mindset with experience streamlining ways of working Excellent organisation and communication skills with strong attention to detail  Contract Package Up to £450 per day Hybrid working
