Clinical Negligence Solicitor – Leeds

A highly regarded national healthcare litigation practice is looking to appoint a Clinical Negligence Associate with 4+ PQE to join its growing Leeds team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex, high-value defendant clinical negligence matters for leading healthcare and insurance clients, while developing your expertise within a specialist, supportive and forward-thinking team.

You’ll manage a varied caseload of defendant clinical negligence claims, with responsibilities including:

• Handling a broad range of complex clinical negligence matters
• Working alongside senior lawyers on high-value litigation
• Drafting pleadings, witness statements, reports and other key documentation
• Advising clients on strategy, risk and case progression
• Supporting negotiations, mediations and court proceedings
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Contributing to business development and wider team initiatives

Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with 4+ PQE and relevant experience in Clinical Negligence, Personal Injury or Insurance Litigation.
