Job Introduction
Are you the person who spots what others miss?
We're looking for curious, analytical and organised individuals who enjoy making sense of complex information, challenging assumptions and turning evidence into meaningful change.

Join our newly established Strategic Commissioning Service and play a key role in shaping how we understand performance, quality, risk and organisational effectiveness across Adult Care and Community Wellbeing.
If you enjoy turning information into action and want to be part of a team that's building something new, we'd love to hear from you. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in assurance, governance, business improvement and strategic commissioning within a newly established service.
What you'll be doing

You don't need previous experience in assurance or adult social care, as full training and support will be provided. We actively encourage the use of digital and AI tools, giving you the opportunity to work with innovative approaches to analysing information and driving improvement.
Why join us?
If you would like an open and informal discussion about the role, we'd be delighted to hear from you. Please contact Gareth Maddison via email Gareth.Maddison @lincolnshire.gov.uk
