A Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer covering East London and Dartford will maintain mechanical and electrical equipment and building fabric across multiple sites. The work combines planned preventative maintenance with reactive repairs and fault-finding. The Role As the Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer, you'll: Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on electrical building services equipment. Diagnose faults, test equipment and complete repairs across the site portfolio. Complete non-specialist building fabric maintenance and inspect services for repair needs. Update completed PPM tasks on the computerised maintenance system and maintain accurate records. Follow engineering standards, quality assurance procedures and site health and safety requirements. Work in plant rooms and at height using platforms and ladders. About You To be successful as the Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer, you'll have: Essential: A time-served apprenticeship or equivalent training. Essential: Demonstrable building services engineering knowledge and a logical approach to fault-finding. Essential: Good customer service, interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills. Essential: The ability to work independently and contribute to a team. Essential: A clean driving licence. Ideally: IPAF, PASMA or an L8 qualification, or plumbing or electrical skills. Ideally: HVAC experience or familiarity with Microsoft Office or building management systems. What's in it for You? £45,000–£50,000 per annum, depending on experience. Permanent position.
