My client is a Chartered independent financial advice business who have built a lasting reputation for providing the highest levels of advice on Pensions, Investments, Retirement Planning, Tax Planning, IHT, Trusts, Mortgages and some Protections to clients across the UK, but mainly London and Southeast based.

The business has 100+ staff who work with retirees, City professionals, families, SME owners with varying levels of assets ranging from £500k - multiple millions. The top Advisers manage close to £100m of assets. The business has very ambitious plans to expand and grow so if you're looking to join an entrepreneurial and forward-thinking business then this will be the right career move for you.

The Managing Director is seeking a Paraplanner who has their level 4 diploma with 2+years of paraplanning experience, HOWEVER, my client will consider those who are not diploma qualified but with enough practical experience as a paraplanner. You will have strong end to end report writing skills, cashflow modelling work and assisting. You will have support from a dedicated Paraplanning Manager and team of experienced administrators.

You will be working in a pod with a high billing adviser who manages £150m AUM. A very secure and rewarding role is on offer with an excellent benefits package and bonus structure. The Directors are looking to offer up to £45k basic salary depending on your experience levels. The Director would like someone to be office based to begin with but then you are only required in the office 2 days per week after onboarding/training. A full study support package will be available too towards your Chartered status.
