There are two different working patterns available, making this an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for either a year-round position or a role that follows the academic year. 3 All-Year-Round Positions Hours: 37 hours per week, all year round Salary: £25,290 – £26,480 per year Holiday: 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays These permanent, full-time positions offer 37 hours per week throughout the year, providing a consistent working pattern and full annual leave entitlement. 2 Term-Time-Only Positions Hours: 37 hours per week, 38 weeks per year Salary: £21,385 – £22,391 per year These positions are ideal for candidates who would prefer to work during term time only, while still working full-time hours during the 38-week working year. About the Role As an Early Years professional, you will play an important role in supporting children's learning, development, wellbeing and day-to-day care. You will work as part of a dedicated team to provide a safe, welcoming and stimulating environment where children can learn, develop their confidence and reach their potential.
