We're working with friendly, supportive schools across Newbury to find enthusiastic, compassionate and dedicated individuals who want to make a genuine difference in children's lives.

As an SEN TA, you'll help pupils build confidence, develop independence and overcome barriers to learning. From providing one-to-one assistance to supporting small-group activities, you'll play a key role in creating a safe, encouraging and inclusive learning environment.

You'll work with children who have additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH and behavioural challenges, helping them access learning and achieve their individual goals.

Experience supporting KS1 and KS2 pupils is beneficial but not essential. Whether you're an experienced SEN TA seeking a new challenge or looking to begin your career in special educational needs, we'd love to hear from you.

• Working hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
