We are currently recruiting for an experienced Machine Operative to join a busy manufacturing environment on an ongoing temporary basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous machine operating experience who is comfortable working with manual machinery and following detailed production processes. Experience in a cleanroom or controlled production environment would be an advantage, although it is not essential. Full training will be provided on the specific machinery and processes, so we are looking for someone reliable, hands-on and committed to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.   Key Responsibilities Operate manual machinery safely and efficiently Set up and adjust machinery as required Follow production instructions and procedures accurately Carry out quality checks throughout the production process Work to specified measurements, tolerances and quality standards Maintain a clean and organised working area Follow health and safety guidelines and company procedures Work as part of a production team to meet daily targets  Skills & Experience Previous experience as a Machine Operative within a manufacturing environment Experience operating manual machinery Good attention to detail and a strong focus on quality Ability to follow detailed instructions and production procedures Reliable, flexible and comfortable working night shifts Good awareness of health and safety Previous cleanroom or controlled environment experience would be advantageous, but is not essential  What’s On Offer £17.00 per hour Ongoing temporary contract Sunday to Thursday, 10:00pm – 6:00am Weekly pay  How to Apply If you have previous machine operating experience and are looking for an ongoing temporary opportunity on a night shift, please apply today with your CV or contact our team for more information.
