MSK Physiotherapist Contract: Permanent Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week Salary: £34,000–£36,000 plus bonus Location: South Oxfordshire About the role We’re recruiting an enthusiastic and motivated MSK Physiotherapist for a busy, well-established private clinic in Henley. This is an excellent opportunity for a physiotherapist with at least three years’ post-qualification experience who wants to develop their clinical skills and progress within a supportive, experienced team. You’ll manage a varied private MSK caseload, with regular mentoring, weekly in-service training and support from experienced clinicians across the wider clinical team. Key responsibilities Manage a varied MSK caseload, from initial assessment through to rehabilitation Develop and deliver evidence-based, patient-centred treatment plans Use appropriate outcome measures to monitor and demonstrate patient progress Support patients in returning to function safely and effectively Build and maintain strong relationships with referrers and other healthcare professionals Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider multidisciplinary teamWhat we’re looking for BSc or MSc in Physiotherapy Current HCPC registration Ideally, at least three years post-qualification experience and a strong interest in MSK Ability to work independently with minimal supervision A personable, professional approach and confidence in working with patients Motivation to continue learning and developing clinically Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to contribute to a busy clinic A commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred careWhat’s on offer Access to a structured mentorship programme Weekly in-service training and one-to-one mentoring with your Team Lead Support from an experienced wider clinical team Excellent opportunities for clinical development and career progression Access to innovative clinical and rehabilitation technology A varied private musculoskeletal (MSK) caseload Access to the full range of company benefitsPlease note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
