Are you an experienced Structural, Piping or Electrical Detail Design Engineer looking to work on some of the UK's most exciting naval defence programmes?

We are seeking talented Junior, Engineer and Senior Detail Design Engineers to support the delivery of major naval shipbuilding projects across the UK. This is an opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge defence programmes and play a key role in the design and development of advanced naval vessels.

About the Role

We are looking to speak with engineers from a variety of shipbuilding design backgrounds, including:

• Structural Detail Design
• Piping Detail Design
• Electrical Detail Design

Successful candidates will work as part of multidisciplinary engineering teams, producing detailed design solutions to support vessel construction and integration activities across a range of naval defence programmes.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce detailed engineering designs, drawings and technical documentation.
• Develop 2D and 3D models to support shipbuilding and production activities.
• Ensure designs meet customer, regulatory and project requirements.
• Support design reviews and technical problem-solving activities.
• Collaborate with engineering, production and project teams.
• Contribute to the successful delivery of complex naval shipbuilding programmes.

Essential Requirement

Candidates applying at Engineer and Senior Engineer level must have previous FORAN experience.
