This is an opportunity to join an established property or housing organisation, overseeing residential properties, coordinating maintenance and ensuring homes remain safe, compliant and well managed. Key Responsibilities * Manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring they are maintained to a high standard. * Coordinate repairs, maintenance works and property inspections. * Build positive relationships with tenants, landlords, contractors and internal teams. * Manage tenancy-related matters, including complaints, arrears and tenancy compliance. * Monitor property condition, health and safety requirements and statutory compliance. * Work with contractors to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and cost-effectively. * Maintain accurate property records and management reports. About You * Previous experience in property management, housing management or a similar role. * Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills. * Knowledge of tenancy legislation, property compliance and maintenance processes. * Ability to manage competing priorities and resolve issues professionally. * A proactive approach to delivering excellent customer service
