Key Responsibilities for the PCB Reworker: Reworking and repairing PCB assemblies to a high standard Removing and replacing electronic components using a range of soldering techniques Carrying out both through-hole and surface mount rework Diagnosing faults and carrying out corrective actions on PCB assemblies Following engineering drawings, work instructions and rework processes Ensuring all reworked products meet required quality specificationsThe ideal PCB Reworker will have: Previous PCB rework experience within an electronics manufacturing environment Strong soldering and rework skills Experience working with both through-hole and surface mount components Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and assembly instructions Excellent attention to detail and a quality-focused approach IPC experience or certification would be advantageousWhat's on Offer for the PCB Reworker role?
