The Opportunity Quantity Surveyor position within a growing Special Projects division South London-based project Major fire cladding replacement/remediation scheme Work closely with the project and commercial teams Strong exposure to specialist refurbishment and remediation works Clear progression opportunities within the Main Contractor Competitive package up to £70,000 + Car Allowance + Travel + Bonus About You I’m keen to speak with Quantity Surveyors who have experience working for a Main Contractor, ideally with a background in: Refurbishment / fit-out Cladding / façade / remediation Specialist projects Commercial management Subcontractor procurement and management Valuations, variations, cost control and final accounts You don't necessarily need to have worked specifically on cladding remediation — strong Main Contractor QS experience and the right commercial mindset are key.
