PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A PART-TIME ROLE - 3 DAYS PER WEEK

• Process supplier invoices accurately, ensuring records are complete and easy to track.
• Prepare and process supplier payments in line with agreed payment schedules.
• Maintain up-to-date supplier account details and payment information.
• Respond to supplier queries clearly and resolve invoice or payment issues promptly.
• Match invoices to relevant supporting documents to ensure accurate payment processing.
• Reconcile supplier statements and investigate any differences in a timely manner.
• Keep Accounts Payable records organised to support accurate financial reporting.
• Work with colleagues across Accounting & Finance to address invoice and payment queries.

Profile

A successful 'Accounts Payable' should have:

• Experience processing supplier invoices and payments accurately.
• Knowledge of maintaining supplier accounts and payment records.
• Ability to reconcile supplier statements and investigate discrepancies.
• Confidence responding to supplier queries in a clear and helpful way.
• Strong attention to detail when reviewing invoices and supporting documents.
• Ability to manage Accounts Payable tasks in an organised manner.

Job Offer

• Permanent Accounts Payable position in Brent.
• Salary of £28,000 to £30,000 FTE, dependent on the level of experience.
