Paraplanner
Glasgow, hybrid working
Salary up to £50,000 + benefits
Enjoy the technical side of financial planning? Looking for a role where you'll do more than just write reports?
This is an opportunity to join a growing independent financial planning firm where paraplanners are seen as a key part of the advice process rather than a back-office function.
Working alongside experienced Financial Planners, you'll be involved in a broad range of technical work, supporting high quality financial planning for a diverse client base. From pensions and investments through to retirement planning, protection and cashflow modelling, you'll have the opportunity to work on varied and interesting cases while developing your technical expertise further.
The role offers a genuine mix of research, analysis, cashflow modelling and suitability writing, giving you the chance to be fully involved in the planning process rather than simply producing reports from templates.
About the firm
Our client is a well-established independent financial planning firm with a strong reputation for delivering long-term advice and building lasting client relationships.
They have invested heavily in their people, systems and processes, creating an environment where paraplanners can focus on high quality technical work while working closely with advisers and support teams. The culture is collaborative, professional and supportive, with a clear focus on continuous improvement and personal development.
