Service Co-ordinator * c£30,000 per annum (Salary Negotiable Depending on experience) * Day time role (flexible hours) * Great team culture * Well Established company As Service Co-ordinator you will coordinate customer enquiries, engineer schedules, and parts to ensure the smooth delivery of service, maintenance, and commissioning of our equipment. The Job * Manage day-to-day service enquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses * Deliver a professional and efficient service to customers, maintaining strong attention to detail * Act as a key contact for customers and service contracts * Prepare quotations, sales orders, service contracts, and invoices * Plan and coordinate service engineer schedules, ensuring correct parts, tools, and equipment are available * Identify and organise spare parts (e.g. filters, fans, electrical components) using internal systems * Liaise with Production, Stores, Purchasing, and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery * Raise and manage purchase orders for subcontractors and suppliers * Arrange packaging and courier dispatch for parts and equipment * Follow up with customers after installations/commissioning to promote service offerings * Gather feedback from customers and engineers and report key actions * Maintain accurate records within the Clik Service Management System * Support the Service Delivery Manager with general coordination and admin tasks About you Essential: * Strong organisation and coordination skills * Excellent communication and customer focus * High attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to manage multiple priorities * Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Desirable: * Experience in engineering, manufacturing, or service environments * Familiarity with service/ERP systems (e.g. Clik) * Ability to interpret parts lists or technical information If interested to find out more please reach out to James @ TRF
