Connells Group, the Home of Opportunity, is looking for an ambitious Residential Sales Manager to join our Peter Alan estate agency team in Port Talbot, as we prepare to open an exciting brand-new office!

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced estate agency professional to be part of something from the very beginning. You'll help establish our presence in the local property market, win new business, build relationships and drive the success of our new branch.

OTE: £40k | Uncapped Commission | Company Car or Allowance

A Quick Look at the Role

As Residential Sales Manager, you'll focus on winning new instructions, generating valuations and growing our market share. You'll play a key role in building our reputation in Port Talbot and delivering an exceptional experience for buyers and sellers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Generating new business and winning property instructions
• Booking and conducting property valuations
• Building relationships with vendors, buyers and the local community
• Developing the branch's presence in the Port Talbot property market
• Negotiating offers and agreeing successful sales
• Driving branch performance and maximising business opportunities
• Introducing customers to our in-house Mortgage Services team
• Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the sales journey

Skills and Experience We're Looking For

To succeed as a Residential Sales Manager, you will ideally:

• Have previous estate agency experience as a Sales Negotiator, Senior Negotiator, Lister, Valuer or Estate Agent
• Have a proven ability to generate business and win instructions
• Be confident conducting property valuations and negotiating sales
• Thrive in a target-driven environment
• Be proactive, resilient, positive and commercially minded
• Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Be organised, numerate and IT literate
• Hold a full UK driving licence
