The Opportunity

This isn’t your typical, quiet bookkeeping job. You will be the vital link connecting our accounts, our e-commerce platforms, and our suppliers. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Core Accounts & Bookkeeping: Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, invoicing, VAT preparation, and ledger maintenance.
• E-Commerce Oversight: Keep a tight grip on our online sales channels. You will aggressively track, reconcile, and chase invoices/payouts from platforms like eBay, our online store, online payment gateways, and international sales.
• Procurement & Ordering: Stay ahead of our supply chain by placing component orders, monitoring stock requirements, and managing supplier relationships.
• Order Processing: Smoothly process incoming online and telephone orders, ensuring accuracy from checkout to dispatch.
• The Voice of TTS: Handle incoming telephone calls from customers, suppliers, and partners, delivering a professional and helpful experience.

Who You Are:

• Financially Savvy: You have strong, hands-on experience in bookkeeping/accountancy and are highly proficient with modern accounting platforms (such as Xero or QuickBooks).
• An E-Commerce Connoisseur: You understand how online marketplaces work and know how to chase missing invoices, track down payout discrepancies, and handle marketplace fees.
• Relentlessly Organised: You thrive when spinning multiple plates. You enjoy creating efficient systems to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
• A Confident Communicator: You possess an excellent phone manner, a friendly customer-service attitude, and the assertiveness needed to chase outstanding funds.
