We are excited to be partnering with a global media and marketing agency based in Douglas, who are looking for a Finance Manager to take ownership of day-to-day finance operations whilst working closely with the CFO to drive strategy and effective financial management across the business.

This role is suited to someone with current Finance Manager experience or a qualified Accountant who is looking to take their first step up in to a leadership role, with a clear progression plan in place as the business continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities of the Finance Manager position will include:

• Prepare timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Manage all accounting operations including billing, accounts receivable/payable, general ledger, and revenue recognition
• Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards
• Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and corporate service providers
• Manage a small team
• Maintain relationships with banks
• Oversee financial systems and recommend improvements where necessary

Key Skills & Experience Required:

• Fully qualified - ACCA, ACA or CIMA
• Proven month end reporting experience
• Sound Excel and ERP system skills
• Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting financial data to both finance and non-finance stakeholders
