Some students need more than academic support to succeed. They need a trusted adult in their corner, someone who can build relationships, provide consistency, and help them navigate the challenges of school life. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
We're working with a welcoming secondary school in Halifax to recruit a Learning Support Assistant to support students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This is a rewarding role where you'll split your time between supporting students in lessons and providing targeted one-to-one support, helping remove barriers to learning and encouraging positive outcomes both inside and outside the classroom.
The RoleIf you're looking for a role where every day brings a new challenge and the chance to genuinely change a young person's school experience for the better, apply today or get in touch to find out more.
