Dispute Resolution Solicitor

Location: Hungerford, Berkshire
PQE: 8+ Years
Salary: £65,000 – £75,000 + Performance-Related Bonus

An opportunity to join an established regional law firm in a senior position, with scope to develop and lead its Dispute Resolution department.

Our client is a well-regarded, mid-sized private practice law firm with an established presence across Berkshire, Wiltshire and Gloucestershire. The firm offers a broad range of legal services to both businesses and individuals and has built a strong reputation for its approachable, client-focused service.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor with 8+ years' PQE to join their Hungerford office.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior litigator looking for autonomy, involvement in business development and the chance to play a key role in shaping the future of the department, with potential progression to Head of Department.

The work will include:

• Employment Tribunal claims.
• Employment law advice for employers and employees, including settlement agreements.
• Property litigation, including boundary disputes, possession proceedings, evictions and landlord and tenant disputes.
• Commercial and individual litigation, including breach of contract and negligence claims.
• Contractual disputes and disputes relating to the supply of goods and services.
• Debt recovery and general civil litigation.

The Ideal Candidate

You will have a strong background in dispute resolution, be confident managing your own varied caseload and have the commercial awareness to develop client relationships and contribute to the growth of the practice.

Salary: £65,000 – £75,000 plus performance-related bonus, depending on experience.
