We’re currently recruiting for a Cleaning Supervisor to oversee the cleaning operation within a retail store in Telford. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor or Cleaning Team Leader who is looking for a permanent, part-time position with consistent hours, a supportive management team and the responsibility of maintaining high cleaning standards within a busy retail environment. You'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day cleaning operation, supporting the cleaning team and ensuring the store is presented to a high standard ready for trading each day. Your responsibilities will include: Supervising the daily cleaning operation within the store Leading, motivating and supporting the cleaning team Ensuring all areas are cleaned to the required standard Carrying out regular quality checks and inspections Managing staff attendance and ensuring adequate cover Supporting the training and development of new starters Monitoring cleaning standards and addressing any issues quickly Managing cleaning stock and ordering consumables where required Ensuring Health & Safety procedures are followed Building positive working relationships with store management Taking ownership of the overall presentation and cleanliness of the store Working Hours 25 hours per week 5 days per week Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 5:00am – 10:00am You'll enjoy a consistent early morning working pattern, leaving the rest of your day free. About You We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and is confident overseeing a cleaning team.
