• Full or part time
• Typical hours between 8:00am - 4:30pm

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing a professional and welcoming front-of-house service
• Supporting school leaders, teaching staff, and administrative teams
• Managing telephone and email enquiries and maintaining accurate records and data systems
• Assisting with attendance, admissions, and general school administration
• Helping to ensure safeguarding procedures are followed at all times
• Building positive relationships with pupils, parents, staff, and visitors

We're keen to hear from candidates who are:

• Excellent communicators with strong written and verbal skills
• Highly organised and methodical in their approach
• Confident using IT systems including Microsoft Office
• Able to work effectively under pressure
• Comfortable working with children, families, and education professionals

Safeguarding & Compliance

As part of our commitment to safeguarding children and young people, all successful candidates will be required to complete Reed's online Safeguarding Training. An Enhanced DBS check will also be required, and our team can support you through the application process.
