Job title: Lettings Consultant

Salaries: 21,000 – 28,000

Location: Dunmow

Hours: Full time Or Part time

I am looking for Lettings and Senior Lettings Consultants, and those looking to get into the industry. If you are confident, happy to be client facing and keen to build a career then one of the options we have will suit you.

Duties:

• Liaising with potential new tenants to understand their individual requirements
• Make informed recommendations of suitable properties to rent and landlords
• Develop a good understanding of the property portfolio
• Coordinate and conduct property viewings
• Negotiating terms between the landlord and tenants
• Conduct periodic inspections of our rental properties
• Undertake property valuations
• Present our company services to landlords
