Acting as an escalation point for 1st Line Support, you'll troubleshoot and resolve complex networking, security and connectivity issues while supporting clients across the UK.

Key Skills Required:

• TCP/IP, routing, switching and firewalls
• LAN, WAN, VLAN and VPN troubleshooting
• Wireless infrastructure support
• Server maintenance, patching and backups
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Experience working within IT security best practices
