The Role

As a Property Lister, you will be responsible for winning new instructions, conducting property valuations, and guiding vendors through the sales process. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded individual who thrives on building relationships and achieving results.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct property valuations and market appraisals
• Win new property instructions and generate new business
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors
• Advise clients on pricing and marketing strategies
• Negotiate offers and support the sales process
• Represent the brand professionally within the local market
• Work towards sales targets and business growth objectives

• Previous experience in property
• Proven ability to build relationships and win business
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• A confident and professional approach
• Highly motivated with a target-driven mindset
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
