For the last 30 years Three Shires has developed long standing relationships with the UK’s leading House Builders, Construction Contractors, Civil Engineers, Developers, Environmental and Ecological Consultants. Our services include Ecological, Vegetation Clearance, Invasive Weed, Tree Protection, Landscaping, Site Hoarding and Security Fencing we also undertake all other aspects of site enablement. We are looking to recruit a 360 Excavator Operator to join our team at our regional office in the Wirral, on occasions the role will require the candidate to work in all regions of the North. Successful candidates for the 360 Excavator Operators role will need to have: * Experience of operating a 360 Excavator * Tracked Post Knocker ticket/experience would be advantageous * Experience of Soft Landscaping would also be advantageous * Good understanding of RAMS * Good understanding of Site Health & Safety * Ability to read drawings When not operating the Excavator, the operator would be expected to help the Ground Workers having experience in any of the following would be advantageous: * Chainsaw * Pesticide Spraying * Brush Cutter * Stump Grinder/Woodchipper * Commercial and Agricultural Fencing * CAT & Genny 360 Excavator must hold the following: * CPCS/NPORS card * Full UK Driving Licence as travelled is involved Skilled Labourer Package: * Circa. £37K (depending on experience and tickets) * Overtime £5K - £7K * Vehicle for business use * Company pension * 28 days paid holiday * Death in service 2 x annual salary * Potential to advance If you are interested in the above Excavator role, please email your CV in confidence to me in the first instance, I will contact you to have a confidential chat
