Level 3 Early Years Practitioner Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–1:00pm Contract: Term time only Qualification: Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and reliable Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our nursery team on a part-time, term-time basis. The successful candidate will support children’s learning, development and wellbeing in a safe, nurturing and stimulating nursery environment. You will work as part of a supportive team to provide high-quality care and engaging learning experiences for young children. Key Responsibilities * Provide warm, responsive and attentive care to children. * Support children’s learning and development through play and planned activities. * Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues. * Help maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment. * Follow safeguarding, health and safety and nursery policies and procedures. * Observe and support children’s progress and development. * Contribute to the planning and delivery of age-appropriate activities. * Encourage children’s independence, confidence and social development. * Work effectively as part of the nursery team. About You We are looking for someone who is: * Qualified to Level 3 in Early Years/Childcare or holds a recognised full-and-relevant qualification. * Caring, patient and enthusiastic about working with young children. * Reliable, punctual and able to work well as part of a team. * Able to communicate effectively with children, families and colleagues. * Committed to safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare. * Passionate about providing high-quality early years experiences. Working pattern: 9:00am–1:00pm, Monday to Friday, during term time
